Greg is a fitness/wellness professional  with 30 years experience in helping others achieve a higher state of wellbeing through personal training, yoga instruction, wellness coaching, and education. He has worked in health and fitness capacities with the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Saint Francis Health Systems, Tulsa Community College, Exercise Specialists of Tulsa, Tulsa Yoga Quest, and the U.S. Peace Corps.  He completed his degree in Health Education with an emphasis in Community Health from Oklahoma State University.
